Villa Zoe is a house, right in front of the beach of Agia Efthymia near Lefokastro Argalasti. The biggest advantage is that veryclose to the house, just a few steps, you will find yourself on one of the most beautiful seas of Pelion.  The villa is surrounded by a huge garden with trees, lawn and flowers and is the ideal accommodation for families and groups as it can accommodate up to 8 people.

MORELESS

On the first floor of the villa there are three large bedrooms and the second bathroom of the house, with shower. The master bedroom has a double bed, while one bedroom consists of two single beds and the other of two single beds, as well as an armchair-bed. Thus, up to 8 people can be comfortably accommodated. All bedrooms are spacious and can additionally be fitted with a cot and baby equipment for the families to be accommodated. Up to three people can also be accommodated on the two sofas in the living room, one of which becomes a bed.

INSIDE THE VILLA

The villa is fully renovated and equipped with all electrical appliances and cooking utensils. The interior of the house combines elements of traditional architecture with boho and wooden details.

On the ground floor there is the kitchen, which is fully equipped, the living-dining room with energy fireplace and the first bathroom of the house. On the second floor of the house are the 3 bedrooms and the second bathroom.

OUTSIDE THE VILLA

The exterior is surrounded by a lush green garden, filled with Mediterranean trees such as lemon trees, water chestnut trees, magnolias, oleander, angelica and of course olive trees. The wild lawn and the large area of the estate create the best conditions for rest, relaxation, sunbathing and play for young and old alike. The outdoor terrace stands out with its white cloths and Pelion stone, but also the large wooden table with two benches.
